Change and Return Policy

1 Product Return.

Changes are made within (7 days) from the date of receipt of the product.

Any product change is accepted if the following conditions apply:

  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The product is not soiled or damaged.

2 Return of defective product.

3 Money return:

In case you wish to use ANOTHER POST OFFICE, you will be charged with the corresponding charges that each other courier has. The parcel or product until it reaches us is at your own risk for any loss or damage.
